Well, hello there! Long time—no see? No talk? No write? Whatever. It seems I've found myself in my annual, spring blog slump, if you will. And I wish I could report that my absence from the blog is due to my work on the novel, Mysterious Ways, but unfortunately, that is not the case. However, all is not lost! I have been working on another side project that took a life of its own, and wound up consuming my life for the last month (this is where I insert apology to my wife, Dawn). It started off as a simple 20-Question grammar quiz that I whipped up on one of those ai sites like Genial.ly or Tome, and took me down a Microsoft rabbit hole that I just barely escaped from last night. I thought I knew how to make a fairly average PPT presentation, but I discovered that I was far behind the times. So, as I've done my entire life, I taught myself. Yep, Mom and Dad, I learned about the birds and the bees from Encyclopedia Britannica far before you gave me your spiel on the subject.
Anyway, I'm sharing what I learned down that PPT rabbit hole, and hope it is entertaining. I realize the file is rather large, so might I suggest downloading it, take the quiz, and then delete? Just so it doesn't take up space on your device. Take the grammar quiz and see if you're as smart as a 5th-grader!
