As for the opening to this particular post—well, let’s just say I misspelt more than two words. The grammar is horrendous, and I didn’t even get my foot in the door with the idiom. I mean, I’m still learning, actually re-learning, but damn, that was horrible. The sad thing is, I see writing like that all the time and I cringe. Sure, I understand the message that I was trying to convey, but the incorrectness just stands out to me. It’s probably my OCD but that’s another topic entirely—don’t get me started.
Now granted, we have an excuse these days with talk-to-text and to be honest, autocorrect, another topic, fixes it a majority of the time. Kids these days…(smh?), they don’t know how easy they got it! Hell, it’s been 30 years since I took a college exam! Back when Al Gore invented the internet.
But seriously, is it neesh or nitch? I think I’m in the majority in pronouncing it nitch. Unless

Now, for the moment you’ve all been waiting for! Ta-da! The novel update. Well, I’m just starting to edit the first draft. They say, they being those trusted and well-researched writing coaches I’m stalking on the internet, to take a break after finishing the first draft, which I have done for about two months now. I haven’t read books like they suggested but I’ve done a ton of research, so I have read a lot! I hope to have this novel ready to publish no later than the end of this year but I’ve no clue how long it will take.
I started to write this blog post about another chat I had with ChatGPT on How Can Artificial Intelligence Help Me Make My Blog Stand Out, but I will save that for my next post.
